What does a Sidekick cost?
Standard is $150 USD a month per Sidekick, and eligible new customers get the first 30 days free. Managed is $375 USD a month, billed when you sign up, and comes with hands-on help from our team. For larger setups we agree the scope together and price to that.
How does included AI usage work?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage for chats and scheduled tasks. How far it goes depends on the model and how involved the work is. We’ll give you a heads-up before you get close to the limit, and if you reach it, new AI work pauses until the next month or until you choose to add more. We never charge extra without your say-so.
What does Sidekick remember?
The things you’d otherwise have to repeat: how you like work done, your clients and their quirks, the words your business uses, and decisions you’ve already made. Tell it once and it sticks.
What can it do without my approval?
That’s up to you. Sidekick can check, organize, and prepare work on its own, on schedule. Anything that goes out into the world, like an email, a reply to a customer, or a post, waits for your okay first.
Does it keep working when I’m not around?
Yes. Scheduled work carries on whether or not you have the chat open, and anything that needs your approval simply waits until you’re back.
Where can I communicate with it?
Telegram, Signal, Slack, and WhatsApp are available now. Microsoft Teams and iMessage are coming soon.
Can I give it a task that repeats?
Yes, that’s a lot of what it’s for. Ask for a Monday-morning brief, a weekly check on your website, or a follow-up every Friday, and it keeps doing it until you say stop.
Can it learn a custom process?
Yes. Explain it the way you’d explain it to a new hire, in plain words and with any documents or tools it needs, and it follows that process from then on.
What information can it access?
Only what you give it: the services you choose to connect and the material you share, used for the work you ask for. You can see every connection in your account and disconnect any of them whenever you like. We do not sell personal information.
Do you train on my data?
No. We do not use the information you give Sidekick to train AI models.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes to get going. You can connect more tools and teach it your processes whenever you’re ready. There’s no need to do everything on day one.
What happens if I get stuck?
Start by asking Sidekick. It can walk you through most things. If you’re still stuck, email support@sidekickai.ca and a real person will get back to you.
